In today's Inquirer, Monica Yant Kinney spotlights Cook-Wissahickon Elementary, in Roxborough, where students are achieving and parents are...what?...recruiting other parents? More proof that in some parts of the city, parents are finding that great education and great learning environments don't have to come at great cost.
