On Saturday, August 13th, Please Touch Museum, in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia, will host the 4th Annual Kindergarten Mixer. The Kindergarten Mixer is a fun celebration for children who will be entering kindergarten in the fall of the upcoming school year. The celebration highlights include, but are not limited to, performances from Louie Miranda children’s musician, Freedom Theatre Youth Dance troupe, and funshops in healthy snacking alternatives and social games. hah! probably a great idea, especially for kids nervous about going to school, but all I can think is "get those viruses mixed around and over with before the first day!" :)
